How support works in Karnataka
Karnataka is not a Bengaluru-only support environment. Aurora starts with genuinely statewide routes such as Namma 112, Arogya Kavacha 108 and state disaster control, then narrows to district or city services only when the user's location and the responsible authority are clear.

What is different here
Namma 112 is the emergency route across Karnataka; in Bengaluru it is also the familiar local name used by Bengaluru City Police.
Arogya Kavacha 108 is a statewide emergency medical service with ambulances positioned across districts and taluks.
For disaster events, Karnataka distinguishes the State Emergency Control Room on 1070 from district-level control rooms on 1077.
Bengaluru city-specific police or civic contacts should not be shown to a user in Mysuru, Mangaluru, Kalaburagi, Hubballi-Dharwad or another district unless the service actually covers them.
