The Aurora Project

INDIA · DELHI

Find the Delhi service that fits what you need now.

Delhi has local services alongside India-wide support. Aurora keeps both available so you can start with your need rather than having to work out which authority is responsible first.

LOCAL CONTEXT

How support works in Delhi

Delhi has both Government of NCT and Delhi Police support structures. Aurora separates emergency policing, women-support, child-rights and legal-aid routes instead of presenting one generic Delhi helpline.

LANGUAGE & ACCESS

Designed for the local context

Primary presentation languages: Hindi, English, Punjabi, Urdu.

Aurora only states a helpline's spoken-language availability when the responsible authority confirms it.

ROUTING

What is different here

Delhi Police 112 is the immediate-danger route; issue-specific services such as 1091 and DCPCR are shown separately.

Legal-aid users can access Delhi State Legal Services Authority routes without losing the national 15100 fallback.

TRUST BOUNDARY

What Aurora will not assume

Aurora identifies the responsible Delhi authority on every local record so users can distinguish police, WCD, child-rights and legal-aid services.
